Thank you for choosing Lyfe Change Detailing for your mobile automotive detailing needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking our services.
1. LIABILITY
a. Lyfe Change Detailing strives to provide high-quality mobile automotive detailing services with utmost care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any damages to vehicles or personal property that may occur during the detailing process.
b. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their vehicles and personal belongings during the detailing appointment. Lyfe Change Detailing will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
2. NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
a. To secure a scheduled appointment, customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the detailing service.
b. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the customer, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. However, customers may reschedule their appointment within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
3. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
a. Customers must provide at least twenty four hour/ 24Hr notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
b. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
4. PAYMENT
a. Payment for detailing services is due upon completion of the appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit card.
b. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested by the customer during the appointment.
5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
a. Lyfe Change Detailing is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within twenty four hours/ 1 day of the appointment, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. Lyfe Change Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
